Meeta Sengupta, FCRA
Ms. Meeta Sengupta is a distinguished educationist and policy observer who is a valued member of our advisory committee. With extensive experience in various roles across continents, Meeta brings knowledge and insights to our team.
Meeta is an investment banker, researcher, editor, teacher, and school leader, and she has a unique perspective on how economics, foreign policy, and investments impact the education sector. She works with leaders to design interventions that improve the quality and process of education, focusing on realizing individual students' potential.
Meeta has served as a governor of an aided school, part of the management committee of a residential school, managed an academic center in an elite post-graduate management school, and led a business school supported by a community college. She has also worked with children, teenagers, business school and Ph.D. candidates, and those seeking to rebuild their lives through education.
Meeta is a Fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminar and the Royal Society of Arts, among others, and has founded the Centre for Education Strategy. This Delhi-based think tank builds bridges between policy and practice for educators and institutions. She has also been a member of the FICCI Skills Development Forum and the Education Expert on the National Council of NISA, representing over 6000 budget schools.
Meeta sharpened her intense research, teaching, and leadership skills through years of experience in academia, corporate, and multilateral organizations. She has catalyzed several academic start-up units, including the India Centre at the London Business School, Commonwealth Business Council, and the Richmond Business School.

Friedhelm Boschert, PhD
Dr. Friedhelm Boschert is a highly accomplished and experienced leader in the cooperative banking sector, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions, including as Chairman of the Board of Volksbank International. He is also the co-founder and managing director of THE MINDFUL FINANCE INSTITUTE, a strategy advisor, and a senior executive trainer at AWARIS GmbH in Cologne.
In addition to his extensive industry experience, Dr. Boschert is also a respected academic and teacher, serving as an honorary professor at IMC FH Krems and teaching courses on Corporate Social Responsibility and Leadership at universities in Austria and Germany. He is also a certified expert on Sustainable Finance, having completed the program at the Frankfurt School of Finance.
Dr. Boschert is a certified ambassador of the “En-Roads” Climate-scenario-tool, a Climate Interactive initiative. He is also an accredited teacher in mindfulness and meditation, with over 20 years of personal practice. He published the book "Sich Selbst Führen – und dann die anderen" (Leading yourself – then others) in 2011.
Dr. Boschert is the chairman of the Austrian Support Association of OIKOCREDIT, a global microfinance organization. He leads the association on a voluntary basis, overseeing its 6,500 members and 135 million Euro in assets. Dr. Boschert's vast experience and expertise make him an invaluable member of any advisory committee.

Arnab Chaudhuri
Mr. Arnab Chaudhary is a transformational leader with three decades of experience in senior management roles across Asia and globally. He has successfully managed large technology projects, business consulting, and digital transformation for diverse industry sectors, guiding clients in their digital transformation journey and effectively adapting emerging technologies for business efficiency and effectiveness.
Arnab has held regional leadership roles at Union Carbide, Larsen & Toubro, IBM, HP, Nokia, and Nokia Networks, where he managed large profitable businesses across Asia. In the last 10 years, he has been working with firms from outside Asia, helping them establish their presence in Asia and grow profitable businesses in this market.
Aside from his expertise in business and technology, Arnab is also passionate about nature conservation and restoration. He has been working with governments and organizations regionally to support efforts in achieving Net Zero and Sustainable Development Goals through project development and financing, as well as the marketing and trading of carbon credits and natural capital.
As a member of our advisory committee, Arnab brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business, technology, and sustainability. His strategic insights and guidance have helped our clients achieve their goals and create long-term business value.
